To ensure a smooth return process, please review and comply with the following guidelines:

Mandatory Unboxing Video

All return requests must include a full unboxing video, recorded clearly from the moment the package is opened until the contents are fully revealed. The video must be continuous and unedited.

Returns due to missing items or damages without this video will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Eligible Products Only:
    Only products purchased at regular price are eligible for return. Items purchased at discounted prices or classified as “heated items” are non-returnable.
  • Original & Unused Condition:
    The product must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.
  • No Damage or Defects:
    The product must be free from stains, broken seams, missing buttons, loose threads, or any signs of wear and tear.
  • Complete Original Packaging:
    The product must be returned with its original brand box and packaging, which must be undamaged and free from any adhesives or stickers. All original components (e.g., hangers, stickers, ribbons, ropes, polybags, plastics) must be included.

Return Timeline

  • Return Request:
    Must be submitted within 28 days from the date the order was received.
  • Product Arrival at Return Location:
    Approved returns must be received by our designated return center within 14 days of approval.

Shipping Guidelines for Returns

  • Please use the original outer shipping box to return the item.
  • Ensure the product’s packaging is fully covered and protected.
  • Add a “FRAGILE” sticker to prevent damage during transit.
  • Returns with damaged product boxes or packaging will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned items are received and verified.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a clear, unedited video showing the full unboxing process.

No exchanges will be accepted for missing items or damages without this video.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted for the same product (same SKU, size, and color) under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Size
    • Size received does not match the order (e.g., ordered size 30, received size 32)
    • Mismatch between actual product and box labelling
    • Size discrepancy between left and right shoes
    • Both items are the same side (e.g., two right shoes)
  2. Wrong Color
    • Received color is different from the one ordered (e.g., ordered blue, received red)
  3. Defective/Damaged Product
    Including but not limited to:
    • Footwear: Peeling material, loose stitching, color fading, size mismatch, missing parts
    • Clothing: Torn fabric, stains, broken zippers, loose buttons or stitching
    • Bags: Tears, loose embroidery, broken zippers, exfoliated material
    • Accessories: Scratches, missing parts, stained/faded embroidery
    • Balls: Missing valve, cannot be inflated, damaged packaging
    • Sports Equipment: Scratched or broken parts, warped shape, damaged strings

⚠️ Exchanges for different sizes, colors, models, or styles are not allowed.
If you’d like a different product, please return the item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

Process & Timeline

  • Submit your exchange request within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must arrive at our facility within 14 days of approval.
  • Repack the item in the original shipping box, cover the packaging securely, and label as “FRAGILE.”
  • We will not accept exchanges if the product or its original packaging is damaged.

Exceptions – Exchanges Not Accepted For:

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen display
  • Change of mind or wrong item ordered
  • The following product categories:
    • Swimwear, sports bras, sportswear, tights/leggings, socks
    • Fitness equipment, sports accessories (e.g., hats)
  • Items or brands with specific T&Cs mentioned on product pages

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, email us with your order number, details, and reason for return/exchange. We will assess the item upon return and inform you of the outcome.

  • If deemed faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund.
  • If not faulty, we reserve the right to deny the request.
